Shipping & delivery
Charges
Delivery is free on every order above $35. Below that a flat $3 charge applies anywhere in Pakistan.
Dispatch and timing
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day; everything else goes out the next morning. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad usually receive parcels within 2–3 working days, and other cities within 3–5 working days.
Tracking
Once your parcel leaves our studio we share a tracking number by SMS and email. Our team also calls to confirm every cash-on-delivery order before dispatch.
Failed deliveries
The courier attempts delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we contact you to arrange a fresh delivery.
