How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad usually receive parcels in 2–3 working days; other cities take 3–5 working days.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay the courier in cash, pay by card on delivery in major cities, or transfer to our bank account before dispatch.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Exchange any unworn item with tags intact within 30 days. Send us a message and we'll arrange the pickup.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page lists measurements and fit notes, and our size guide has full body measurement charts for men and women.
Is free delivery available?
Delivery is free on all orders above $35. Below that, a flat $3 charge applies nationwide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the parcel has not been dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
