30-day window
You can exchange or return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its original tags attached.
How to start
Message us with your order number and the item you'd like to change. We arrange a courier pickup from your address for exchanges within major cities.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by bank transfer within 7 working days of the returned parcel reaching our studio. Delivery charges are refunded only when the item was faulty or incorrect.
Not eligible
Items marked final sale, and anything returned worn, altered, washed or without tags, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
